will not be used in any application which involves or results in a claim for ROCs (renewable obligation certificates) or any other Government operated power generation subsidy; and
will only be used in road vehicles or non-road mobile machinery (as defined in Article 3(1) Regulation (EU) 2016/1628) such as construction machinery, industrial trucks, mobile cranes, fork-lifts and mobile generators; and
will not be used for heat generation.

If you are unable to confirm the above, then you understand that we will not be able to apply renewable transform fuel certificates (RTFCs) to your sale which will result in a review of any previous price quotation.
